Samuel Meyler is an attorney practicing in the greater Puget Sound region, focusing primarily in the areas of real estate, construction, business and civil litigation. Sam represents and advises real estate brokers and firms, large and small, providing counseling with respect to day-to-day operations, D.O.L. compliance and the development of internal policies and procedures, as well as representing businesses, developers, buyers and sellers in transactions and litigation.
Sam is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Washington and is qualified to serve as an arbitrator through the King County Superior Court, Mandatory Arbitration Department. He is a Department of Licensing-certified real estate continuing education course instructor. For the last two years, Sam has been selected to the Washington Rising Stars list as published by Super Lawyers Magazine. Sam is also the 2014 At-Large Director for the SEATTLE-King County REALTORS® Affiliate Board.
Sam is a Washington native, having grown up in Bellevue. He earned his B.A. from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and went on to earn his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California before returning to Washington to open Meyler Legal, PLLC in 2007.
When he’s not in the office or in the courtroom, he enjoys boating, skiing, and catching a Husky or Seahawk football game.
