Robert Zeinemann concentrates his practice on land use law, municipal law, environmental law, dispute resolution and civil litigation. He has experience advising and defending municipalities, with an emphasis on land use issues. Robert also assists individuals and associations in land use permitting actions.
Mr. Zeinemann has published numerous articles on mediation, land use law, municipal law, and environmental law in publications such as The Urban Lawyer, Environs: Environmental Law and Policy Journal, The Mediation Journal, Wisconsin Lawyer, and WSBA Environmental & Land Use Law Newsletter.
Robert is a member of the Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys, Washington State Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association, American Bar Association, and past member of the King County Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Sections’ Land Use Mediation Focus Group.
Prior to attending law school, Robert was a senior land-use planner for the State of Wisconsin, and has previously served as a mediator for the Milwaukee County Small Claims Court. In addition to his law degree (Marquette University), Robert holds a Master's in Public Affairs (University of Wisconsin-Madison) and a graduate certificate in Dispute Resolution (Marquette University)
