The Uniform Law Commission has proposed a codification of the Collaborative Law process for enactment by rule or statute.  The document adopted reflects that choice in its title of  Uniform Collaborative Law Rules and Uniform Collaborative Law Act.  A threshold question to be addressed in Washington on the adoption of the act is whether it's provisions should be enacted by Rule or by Statute.  Anyone who has an opinion to express, or may have an article to share, is invited to do so.
