You are in a conversation with someone, and they say something that didn't really sit well, for whatever reason.  And as you are deliberating on how to respond they repeat it!!!  Or maybe you are the one who isn't getting the desired response and feel frustrated because you hate repeating yourself. It's not fun to be either party in that situation, and it's not much fun to be an observer, mediator, or facilitator either.  But there are ways around it.
