Since the Uniform Law Commission has passed a final version of the Uniform Collaborative Law Act,  it is beginning to be promoted, discussed, and/or vetted by various attorney groups.  A  threshold question on the adoption of the Act is whether it's provisions should be enacted by statute or rules of court. 

Does anyone have any opinion? comment?  suggestions?
