Event Description

TONIGHT,

THURSDAY, July 25, 5:30pm

Join the Northwest Mediation Center in Spokane, WA for a "spirited" round-table discussion, led by Prof. Bob Collins, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, about

WSBA Advisory Opinion 2223

QUESTION: Should a lawyer be allowed, as a neutral, to prepare documents for unrepresented parties who have settled in mediation?

The Advisory Opinion says "NO!" What say YOU? What does this mean for family mediation in our state and community? Is this a trend? What about in the rest of the country? Inquiring mediators and lawyers want to know!

RSVP to Northwest Mediation Center 509-456-0103 or nwmediation@gmail.com
