Event Description

Please join the American Arbitration Association from 12:00 to 1:30pm at our Seattle office on April 27, 2011 for a lively and practical discussion to understand the different styles of mediation, how to decide which approach or mediator to use in certain cases, and how to prepare yourself and your client for a successful mediation.

Faculty will include three experienced mediators with diverse experience in commercial and employment disputes:

§ Estera Gordon, Graham & Dunn

§ Denise “ Dee ” Knapp, Accord & Collaboration Dispute Resolution Services

§ Nancy Maisano, Maisano Mediation, LLC

A good primer for attorneys interested in the various approaches of mediation! Three experienced AAA mediators will provide to attendees insights on what mediators expect from attorneys and parties before and during a mediation, and provide practice tips on how to best utilize the process to settle disputes for their clients.
