My current passion is as a volunteer mediator and trainer with Kitsap County DRC and occasionally with the Mediation and Settlement Center of Southwest Washington. I serve as lead trainer for the 40 hour basic mediation course at KCDRC and was called upon to design the process and training for implementation of mandatory land use mediation with the County. I originally certified in mediation at the Justice Institute of British Columbia and with KCDRC. My past includes serving as the Executive Director of the Economic Development Council of Kitsap Country, which involved land use and government relations issues. I am a retired educator having served as a teacher and administrator.
