Attorney Trish Murphy's practice focuses on conducting impartial investigations into allegations of employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and serious misconduct. She is a licensed private investigator and the founder of Northwest Workplace Law PLLC in Seattle, Washington. Trish's work also has included conducting Title IX investigations at colleges and universities. In addition to her investigation practice, Trish advises and counsels employers on a broad array of labor and employment law matters.
Trish is a Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude graduate of the University of Washington. She earned her law degree from the University of Washington School of Law, where she was an Editor on the Washington Law Review. Trish is active in the professional legal community and has held a number of leadership positions, including Chair of the King County Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section, Chair of the Pacific Coast Labor and Employment Law Conference, and Chair of the Mary Ellen Krug Scholarship Committee.
