The Seattle Federal Executive Board Alternative Dispute Resolution Program mediated 213 cases in Program Year 2009 with a settlment rate of 89% and a $6.2 millon dollar savings to the agencies they serve (based on 2009 U.S. Office fo Personnel Management estimates)
