I have practiced law since graduating from Boston College Law School in 1986, first at a large Dallas firm, then at Lane Powell, and, for the past thirteen years, managing my own law office. I have primarily handled cases in the employment and product liability areas, though I have also worked on a wide variety of tort and business-related cases. For the past ten years, I have served as an arbitrator through the King County Superior Courts' Mandatory Arbitration program.
I plan to begin serving as a mediator. I have been through many mediations as an attorney, but serving as a mediator will be new for me. In January, I completed the Professional Mediation Skills training at the UW School of Law.
