What do you do if the matter settles before the mediation?

I have one where the parties settled before the mediation convened.  Is there a process for closing the file in this situation?  I asked him to contact Commerce directly since he was the referring attorney.  ShermanSee More

I may need to withdraw as a oreclosure mediator from Sherman Knight. Banks not accepting my personal mediation agreement.

I just received the following response from one of the lenders.  (See attached, this forum would not let me post an image of the language here) The highlighted language is a potential problem. The bank is being forced into this mediationand the bank might be looking for a scapegoat.Why do I suddenly feel like I have a target taped to my back?  Anyone elsedealing with this same issue?  If you can, please respond as soon as you can, I need to decide soon.  Thanks Sherman425-576-8777See More
