Serena K. Lee is the regional vice president for the American Arbitration Association (AAA). She is responsible for business development/client outreach, education & training, and the recruitment/management of the local AAA roster of mediators and arbitrators. Serena acts as the regional contact for the AAA, but focuses her business development and recruitment efforts in the construction/real estate area. Her terroritories include WA, OR, AK, ID, MT, NV, UT, WY, ND and SD.

Serena received her BA from the University of Washington in Political Science and Editorial Journalism. She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law as well as her mediation training from Prof. Lela Love through the Kukin Center for Dispute Resolution in New York. Serena is a member of the NY State Bar, the American Bar Association, the ABA Dispute Resolution Section, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA), the Asian Bar Association of Washington (ABAW), and the Washington State Bar ADR Section.
