Samuel Gerszonowicz has over 30 years of experience, many of them negotiating conflict resolution within and between multicultural diverse peoples: in the workplace and within the disadvantaged community. Much of his work has been focused within small group situations and at decision-making and social service levels. His experience embraces negotiated resolutions and agreements amongst Assyrian immigrant workers, ex-offenders returning to society by way of non-governmental organization (NGO) mediated interim housing service, abused and otherwise disadvantaged women seeking independence through gainful employment, contenders to implementation of local and regional racism regulations/programs, corporate stakeholders (management, workers, investors, board directors), scientists and other technology workers, and on the international field nomadic and river/farmer Sudanese Arabs.
