layperson.....am told that an interested layperson/non-attorney can become a certified arbitrator. I intend to see this goal through!:-)
I am interested in an "encore" career in arbitration. I have passed the Basic Training in Mediation. I want to be a certified arbitrator in Washington state. How does one do so? I would appreciate any insights and suggestions from the group and beyond. Thanks
