The Viola J. Update - Legislative action.

Thanks to those who responded to my message yesterday about HB 1068 regarding limitations in Arbitration and HB 1116 on Collaborative Law.  There is consensus that we recommend support of both bills.  If anyone has a contrary position, I would like to hear from you!!  Copies of the Bills appear on the pages section of our webpage.
