Bio
I completed my first mediation training in 1994. It has been a continuing journey of experience and education since that time. My passion is for work in the workplace, empl0yment area whether that be providing mediation services for two parties, coaching a team or group in conflict resolution or builiding a team, or on longer term challenges such as strategic planning.
I have conducted fact finding EEO investigations within federal agencies since 2002. Additionally I serve as an arbitrator for FINRA.
