- I have practiced law and mediation in western Washington since 1988. My specialty is high conflict cases, including difficult family law problems. In the first half of my career I represented clients in a broad range of civil matters, and am able to mediate or arbitrate in the areas of practice listed above.
In addition to mediating/arbitrating, I am a litigator, judge pro tem, associate of Bill Eddy’s High Conflict Institute, and clinic director for BELARI, a pro bono interdisciplinary clinic.
