Jennifer Kresge, is an experienced mediator, trainer and a licensed therapist in private practice in St. Helena, California she has mediated over 3,500 cases with a variety of disputes. She holds graduate degrees in psychology and a Master’s of Governance certification. Jennifer has conducted training both nationally and internationally and is an innovator in the integration of neuroscience into the field of psychology, negotiation and conflict resolution. Her mediation practice includes participation as a Special Master/Parent Coordinator, consultant, expert witness, and custody evaluator. She is the Immediate Past President of ADRNC, serves on the Legislative and Public Policy Committee of ACR, as well as the Napa Valley Leadership Council. She is Past President of the California County Board of Education, and is an elected trustee currently serving as President on the Napa County Office of Education. In addition to initiating the development of a Strategic Plan for the California County Boards of Education, she is one of the three state county board members who were selected to serve on the legislative policy making committee of the State of California. Jennifer was an appointed member of the Obama Regional Committee for Healthcare, and has been directly involved in social, political and economic leadership and has assisted in the development of program benefitting individuals and organizations. She is an Advanced Practitioner/Trainer member of ACR. For the past ten years, she has been involved in postgraduate coursework in neuroscience, and is a member of the Brainy Bunch. She feels passionate about understanding brain research and its implications for purposeful thought and creating change.
