Announcing ADR Section Research Scholarship Recipient Lara Lebherz

After a hiatus of several years, the ADR Section is once again funding a summer Research Scholarship, this time for the summer of 2012.The scholarship was authorized to provide academic research and preparation of a written report regarding privilege protections for mediators in foreclosure mediation programs, including any application of the Uniform Mediation Act.
