Jacqueline Miller holds degrees in both Marketing and Law with certification in mediation and real estate practice. While living in Adelaide Australia Jacqueline attended law school where she studied alternative dispute resolution processes. She returned to Washington State in 2006 and has been a volunteer and private practitioner, conducting over two hundred mediations.
Jacqueline is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Washington Mediation Association. She practices mediation privately and is a co-founder of Puget Sound Mediation. She believes that mediation is the cornerstone of dispute resolution and that it offers a powerful option to the emotional and financial cost of the adversarial process. As a strong proponent of mediation her aim is to gain wider acceptance of the mediators’ role as a valuable professional area of practice and as a worthwhile alternative to litigation.
Welcome to our community of ADR professionals: mediators, arbitrators, and lawyers representing and advising clients. We are active in the growth and development of ADR in Washington as well as the education of members of the bar and the public.
