Bio
Faith L. Lumsden is director of the Governor’s Office of Regulatory Assistance. Her career in public service includes work in local and state land use planning, environmental permitting, and organizational improvement. Prior to this position in the Governor’s Office, Ms. Lumsden managed a private consulting practice.

Ms. Lumsden holds a degree in Agricultural Economics and Business Management from the University of California, Davis. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and attended the University of Washington School of Law. As the Governor’s Director of Regulatory Assistance, Ms. Lumsden leads a wide range of collaborative efforts between state, federal, and local agencies to improve and simplify State regulatory systems.
