Alan Alhadeff has mediated a broad range of lawsuits and has trained mediators and judges throughout the US over the past 25 years. He now serves as Co-chair of the KCBA ADR Section where he is conducting a series of focus groups in concert with the WSBA ADR Section examinig the current use of ADR and mediation in various practice areas.
