Alan Alhadeff has mediated a broad range of lawsuits and has trained mediators and judges throughout the US over the past 30 years. He served as Chair of the KCBA ADR Section (2010-2013) and WSBA ADR Section (2014-2015) where he conducted a series of focus groups in concert with the WSBA ADR Section examining the current use of ADR and mediation in various practice areas. A result of these focus group efforts is a pending (2015) recommendation by the WSBA Board of Governors to encourage the use of mediation earlier in the litigation process as a way to contain and reduce legal expense.
Alan, welcome! This is your WSBA ADR network! Check out the Forum, comment on a discussion or post a new one yourself, join a section committee or another group, expand your profile, and just otherwise make this on-line community work for you! If you post your pic to your profile, we'll feature in on the mainpage. Do let me know if there's anything you'd like to see in the section or on this website that would make it more valuable to you in your practice. Looking forward to continuing to work with you in the ADR community.
