Who We Are
The WSBA Alternative Dispute Resolution Section promotes the informed use and best practices for all dispute resolution processes in Washington. Whether mediating, arbitrating or negotiating, every lawyer is an ADR professional. The section is home to many attorneys who are also members of other sections.
The WSBA Alternative Dispute Resolution Section welcomes and encourages participation of all ADR professionals. You don’t have to be a lawyer or a member of WSBA. This is the community for all ADR professionals: mediators, arbitrators, and lawyers representing and advising their clients. Click here to join now.
How to Join
You may be "signed-up" on this network, but that doesn't make you a section member! Here's how you join the section.
Are you not a member of WSBA? Even if you're not a lawyer you can join the section. Start at the Join a Section page. There you have two ways to join. You can either can download a paper registration form or create your own myWSBA.org account to join the section there.
(When joining the section on-line you will be using the WSBA website. That website is different from this network that you're reading now. The WSBA website - www.wsba.org - is managed by WSBA staff. The WSBA ADR Section website here - www.wsba-adr.org - is managed by ADR section volunteers. The two websites are managed separately.)
