Heard the Uniform Law Commission pulled from consideration by the House of Delegates the resolution regarding the UCLA. Apparently the Family Law Section, which had supported it last year, took a "no-position" position because they hadn't given it the review they wanted to given the changes made in 2010 after last year's mid-year.
By report this isn't a crucial step in a uniform law, as evidenced by the fact that several states had already adopted it. It's just another way for it to be vetted among the organized bar associations.
