Welcome to the Membership Committee

Our meetings are held by phone, from noon to 1pm, the second Wednesday of each month. The agenda and call-in information are typically posted in the "Discussion Forum" (below) by noon the day before the meeting.

The charter for the Membership Committee is to be responsible for:

promoting awareness of the Section;
recruiting new members for the Section and its committees;
encouraging members to be active and engaged in the work of the Section;
providing networking opportunities for members; and
implementing other strategic objectives delegated by the Executive Committee.

Comment by Jeff Bean on December 20, 2011 at 12:53pm: Just noticed that WSBA doesn't display section membership in its Lawyer Directory. This should be an easy thing to show - I believe it's in the same database. Would help promote section membership if members knew their section memberships were displayed when people used the directory.
