Pending/proposed legislation.

Amendments to 26.09.015  mandatory early mediation in parenting matters.

There is renewed interest in introducing legislation in the house Judiciary Committee  amending RCW 26.09.015 requiring early mediation in parenting matters.  The draft bill (1353) and related documents are posted on the ADR Sections Legislative Group pages.   Our hope is to have an acceptable draft for presentation to the sponsors.  Please give some thought to the proposed changes.  Any comments on the issue are welcome here.
