The lists - approved and conditional - are posted on the website (and I just found out that even though I'm not on the approved list I am actually approved).  I've heard that KCDRC has received some assignments.

Totally challenging my belief system the NY Times Sunday has a headline article: Big Banks Easing Terms on Loans" - offering principal reductions unrequested!

Thank you for setting this up Jeff.  A great training and a worthwhile cause.  I hope we are all wildly successful in meeting the goals of the program.

Dept Commerce worked pretty hard on their two day training 6/28-9.

It showed.

Folks stayed (and stayed awake) all afternoon, even through the tax discussions.

Looking forward to seeing docs and forms that have not yet arrived.

Here is a comment on the Foreclosure Mediation group wall. Comments are informal, casual ways for us to communicate among ourselves. Like any wall that collects graffiti, this wall will be "scrubbed" occasionally. So for a more lasting conversation, start a discussion (the +Add a Discussion link above). Discussions allow for real conversations, going back-and-forth with replies and responses - and they're kept indefinitely.
