Did you see in the August WSBA Bar Journal the article titled "Enhancing the Profession with Enhanced Education"? This is about the new WSBA initiative, in collaboration with the WYLD, to provide more training to new lawyers. This seems like an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role in training new lawyers in advocacy skills for mediation and arbitration. Your thoughts on this matter?
