November 8: "Should We Mandate Arbitration in Commercial and Consumer Cases? What are the Implications?"
                        This 60 minute discussion with experienced arbitration attorneys, Phil Cutler and Larry Mills, will focus on King County Superior Court's business to business mandatory arbitration program, as well as the controversy over "contracts of adhesion" in consumer arbitration.
