• How negotiation techniques such as Boulewarism, red herrings, non-strategic concessions and poorly designed opening offers can create an impasse
• Why using questions strategically can change tempo, impact power dynamics and build rapport
• Proactive techniques that can set the stage and eliminate certain types of obstacles
• Anchoring, reframing, reality testing, timing and customized unilateral concessions that will help you be more effective
