Event Description

The King County Bar Association's ADR Section December program is on how to address revised WSBA Advisory Opinion 2223.  Note that first-time attendees may attend for free and Section members can attend via webcast (contact the KCBA for details).

  • How should our KCBA ADR Section respond to the draft changes in Opinion 2223?

PRESENTER:  Andrew Lukes is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group at Garvey Schubert Barer in Seattle. Andrew advises and represents employers in their dealings with labor organizations. He has experience in union organizing campaigns, representation and election proceedings, collective bargaining, grievance administration, settlement negotiations, arbitration, and unfair labor practice proceedings. Andrew is a former mediator and hearing examiner for the Public Employment Relations Commission. Prior to law school, Andrew owned and operated a small business.
