AGENDA: How Do We Address Revised WSBA Opinion 2223?
PRESENTER: Andrew Lukes is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group at Garvey Schubert Barer in Seattle. Andrew advises and represents employers in their dealings with labor organizations. He has experience in union organizing campaigns, representation and election proceedings, collective bargaining, grievance administration, settlement negotiations, arbitration, and unfair labor practice proceedings. Andrew is a former mediator and hearing examiner for the Public Employment Relations Commission. Prior to law school, Andrew owned and operated a small business.
