Event Description

This will be a refresher and skills focused session. The goal is to enhance our ability to discover client needs and interests as well as to help clients to produce excellent outcomes in Collaborative cases.

Professor Branscomb will discuss the difference in competitive and interest-based negotiation, uncovering interests, techniques for interest-based negotiation, brainstorming session procedures, and other impasse-breaking skills. 


Cost: You may request a deli sandwich box lunch at a cost of $11.50. These must be ordered at the time of your reservation. Please let us know whether you prefer a turkey or vegetarian sandwhich. Sandwich orders must be placed no later than March 15, 2012.
